Celebrate one of the season's most popular candies: Peeps! Participating downtown businesses will feature Peep Sculptures created by local nonprofits and visitors will be able to judge! Visitors will be able to vote for their favorite (or all of them!) by making donations at the site of each sculpture. Sculptures will be on display for a full week and a map will be provided for those wishing to participate in raising money for area nonprofits and enjoying the fun sculptures created!

Each First Friday features Kid Central on the lawn of the Armory thanks to the United Way Alliance of the Mid-Ohio Valley and an arts tent thanks to Artsbridge, providing a focus on various artists and artforms. Make sure to swing by!

About Marietta Main Street's First Friday Events

Downtown First Friday events take place the first Friday of every month from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. January through December. Highlights of these events include shops open late, local artists and musicians, area organizations, and various happenings tied into the theme of the First Friday.

Each First Friday is a celebration of our local community and an opportunity for locals, tourists, and area groups to show their support for our town, have fun, and enjoy the beauty of vibrant, historic downtown Marietta!
